- The competition format will include a group stage followed by knockout rounds. Matches will be played as best-of-five games, with finals potentially played as best-of-seven games depending on scheduling requirements.
- Competition rules and technical regulations will follow ITTF standards adapted for the World Firefighters Games format. Final schedules, draws, and event procedures will be confirmed following close of registrations.
